My wife thought the bags look nice. It’s kind of a canvas/coarse material, pretty sturdy (doesn’t just flop over if under filled). She’s used it as an airport bag a couple times now and it’s handy that it’s pretty spacious—fits laptop, iPad, books, snacks, a hoodie, water bottle, passports, medicines, headphones, etc.. Was convenient to have something that fits upright under a plane seat that fits everything we need frequently on a long international flight so we can put our other bags overhead and have more leg room. I will say on smaller airlines (united), you can’t overstuff it and have it upright (still fits horizontally) since you might need to squish it down slightly, but it does fit better airlines (Emirates) upright even super full. This was relevant for us since we often pack food containers or things that could spill if they have to be tipped over and jostled. Also nice that your water bottle is upright to avoid potential leaks. Great side pocket for easy access of bottles.Good bag for anyone who needs to carry around a lot of stuff that wouldn’t fit smaller purses.
